	Chip Bailey The founder of Rhythmic Connection.			Chip Bailey is a professional musician with many years experience touring and recording. He was the international co-ordinator for Psalm Drummers, a world-wide network of drummers and percussionists and has over 20 years experience working with young people in the statutory and voluntary sector. As a facilitator he brings boundless energy, humour and experience; releasing, empowering, enabling and guiding people. He has the unique ability to catch the moment. Chip has facilitated Drum Circles throughout the UK, in Africa, USA, Czech Rep, Albania and Germany, with groups ranging in size from 3 to 800. He is endorsed by REMO and Jalapeno Drums.
